Mark immediately arranged an appointment to service my gas boiler, informed me about the cost and gave a time slot for the engineer's arrival. Stewart the engineer arrived on time, carried out a comprehensive service and gave me good advice on various matters regarding the central heating system. It was a pleasure dealing with Mark and Stewart and without doubt we will use the company for our annual central heating service, as well as any future plumbing needs. Management and staff are good communicators and easy to get in contact with via their mobile nos. even when very busy. Highly professional, reasonably priced service. Adil Jawzi

Anthony Edwards2023-02-07I contacted Mark after being messed about by my heating insurance people for over a month who seemed incapable or unwilling to repair the problem at my house. I had no water pressure on the first floor Mark diagnosed the problem over the phone and arranged for his engineers to attend the next day. They arrived bang on time and carried out the work in an efficient and courteous manner. By mid afternoon a new tank had been fitted and water pressure restored. First class company and the cost was less than I thought. Can't recommend them enough. Many thanks.
